From Our President

Susan Rosati

Susan began her career in the staffing industry in 1985 with Snelling and Snelling based in Bala Cynwyd, PA. She was appointed Vice President in 1988 and served in that position until 1993. She joined Rowland Personnel in 1999, which at the time, was located in Bryn Mawr , PA. At that time, Rowland Personnel has been a prominent fixture on the Main Line for over 40 years.

Susan’s philosophy to recruiting has remained constant over the course of her career. She strives to always meet her client’s needs with the utmost professionalism and personal attention. Her clients trust in her to find for them the perfect candidate.

She graduated from Merion Mercy Academy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from West Chester University.

Kimberly Tinari
Vice President

Kimberly joined Rowland Personnel as a staffing consultant in 2003. Prior to joining the staffing industry, Kimberly worked in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties as a Social Worker where much of her focus was on helping her clients find stable, meaningful employment.

She took this experience with her to Rowland where she utilizes a compassionate yet efficient and analytical approach to recruiting. She believes that a candidate must not only possess the requisite skills sets required but also must be the best personality fit for the client and their company culture.

She is a graduate of The Episcopal Academy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Catholic University of America.
