Kimberly Tinari
Owner and President

Kimberly joined Rowland Personnel as a staffing consultant in 2003. Prior to joining the staffing industry, Kimberly worked in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties as a Social Worker where much of her focus was on helping her clients find stable, meaningful employment.

She took this experience with her to Rowland where she utilizes a compassionate yet efficient and analytical approach to recruiting. She believes that a candidate must not only possess the requisite skills sets required but also must be the best personality fit for the client and their company culture.

She is a graduate of The Episcopal Academy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Catholic University of America.

Robert Cerrone
Vice President

Robert Cerrone joined Rowland Personnel in 2018 bringing with him a diverse background including hiring for a large international retailer, sales and operations in the design industry as well as a small business owner.

Robert’s perspective on staffing is rooted in his belief that success is achieved when both client and candidate both feel they’ve “won”. His innate enthusiasm and positivity is the foundation of his expertise in coaching, relationship building and client servicing.

Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University in Marketing and Business Management.
